John brings deep operational and air traffic management experience to Solus, combined with extensive advisory work supporting airports, ANSPs and other aviation organisations.

His work focuses on helping airport leaders understand operational performance, assess capability and make informed decisions about future air traffic service provision. He has particular experience in airport and ANSP strategy, service specification, operational performance, procurement and supplier governance.

John’s approach combines practical operational understanding with structured analysis and independent challenge. He works with clients to translate strategic objectives into clear service requirements, meaningful performance measures and practical improvement programmes.

George Tosh

Co-Founder & Director

George brings extensive strategic, commercial and procurement experience across the aviation sector, complementing Solus’s operational expertise with a strong focus on how services are structured, sourced and managed.

He works with airports to examine future service models, develop procurement and commercial strategies, assess organisational capability and improve the governance of complex supplier relationships. His experience supports clients in moving from strategic objectives through requirements definition and market engagement to robust commercial and delivery arrangements.

George has a particular strength in challenging established assumptions and helping clients assess alternative approaches objectively, balancing operational requirements with commercial value, risk and long-term flexibility.
